Hellow crazy fellas.

today i cut my hair, n theres small haircuts on my face, some of em went into my eyes. some managed to came out easily, some needed digging. but at the end all came out. HOORAY. leaving my eye with discomforts. Doh.

oh i went to the gym just now to do the normal usual briskwalk n toning. n i noticed something..weird looking thing, new to my eyes.... standing next to the bicycle.. And i was so excited, but at far it looked like the weighing machine my sec sch has.
whatever it is i went near to tht thing..and it was the mighty...

anyway tht thing is cute. u just gota stand up on that thang, press those stuff like start. adjust the speed. and if im nt wrong it has 9 or more positions, each of them has different benefits. i did the one tht says " Overall Toning" i think thts the best.. But its painful after awhile.. Bear with it.

so after knowing theres a flabelos. my sis n i wanna gym everyday. even if we're tired we just do the shaking... :P anyway its just below our house. DAMN im so happy.
